one of the most trusted names in the wild bird
marketplace.
When
you place your order you will be automatically
taken to the shopping area of the Birdzilla.com Web
site. There, you credit card information will be
processed in a secure fashion. On some products the
price includes standard shipping. Some bird baths,
due to their larger size and weight may be subject
to additional shipping charges. Please be sure you
understand what the shipping charges will be before
ordering. The price shown will clearly stated if
additional charges will apply. If shipping charges
are shown the prices are for surface shipping in
the continental US. We will be glad to compute the
exact shipping cost for air shipments or shipments
to Alaska, Hawaii or other countries.
Returns
policy:
1. Contact us before returning any product.
2. Product must be returned within 30 days of
shipment for credit to be issued.
3. Product must be returned in the original
packaging, suitable for resale.
4. In some cases we will repackage product with the
repackaging cost deducted from customer credit.
5. Credit will be issued for the cost of the
product only. Shipping charges will not be credited
unless the wrong or damaged product was
shipped.
6. Product is shipped FOB Dallas, TX or from
several factory locations. Product damaged in
shipment is the responsibility of the freight
carrier. If your product has been damaged in
shipment you should file a claim directly with the
shipping company.
Your

other companies.
